CAREGIVER & family training

Therapy doesn’t stop with our staff. In caregiver training sessions we teach family members the skills necessary to be successful when we, the professionals, are not present. This empowers caregivers with the skills to be effective and consistent.

school based support

the process

step 1

benefit checks

Our team will determine eligibility for services and navigate the insurance process for you. Our intake team will walk with you through this process. You will be asked to fill out an application, provide proof of medical diagnosis of Autism spectrum disorder, provide a prescription for ABA Therapy services, and provide proof of insurance.

step 2
step 3

When services commence, the intervention team will implement the treatment plan and target the behaviors that enable the child to reduce challenging behaviors while increasing their language, adaptive, and daily living skills. Progress is monitored through data collection to both evaluate and modify treatment to produce meaningful change and maximizing outcomes.

step 4

INITIAL intake

Let us help you determine your child’s eligibility for ABA therapy. We have experienced staff available to guide you through the insurance process. Families will be asked for a written medical diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as a prescription recommending ABA services. We will then have guardians complete intake paperwork and provide insurance information.

benefit checks

Our team will determine eligibility for services and navigate the insurance process for you. We will make the calls and provide you will all the details and a cost breakdown. If the family determines they want to proceed, we will gain authorization from the insurance company.

Once insurance authorization is received the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), will come to your home for a consultation. At the consultation, families will have the opportunity to express their concerns and goals. The BCBA will also conduct a comprehensive assessment of your child to determine the specific needs of your child. Based on the assessment done by the BCBA a unique treatment plan will be created for your child.

The intervention team will now include trained behavior therapists (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). BTs and RBTs will provide direct services based on the treatment plan under the guidance of your BCBA. Services will aim to reduce challenging behaviors while increasing the child’s language, functional skills, social skills and daily living skills.Your child’s progress will be monitored through data collection, allowing our team to evaluate and modify the child’s treatment plan when necessary.
